General Shipping & Delivery Information
We ship orders during normal business hours, Monday-Friday. Please note that we do not provide refunds for shipping prices on orders that are delayed due to the postal service.
If you provided us with an incomplete or inaccurate address at checkout, please notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Failure to notify us before we ship the package will mean you are responsible for additional shipping costs to the new address.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders under $100. For all orders over $100, shipping fees are presented during your check out. Our standard shipping takes about 5 - 7 business days to arrive from the time the order is placed. Our preferred carrier is UPS, offering Ground, Standard or 2 day Express shipping services. The final price for all of these options will be given at checkout and is determined by order and shipping address.
